This sets forth the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) under which you (“you”, “your”) may access and use the DCIS Understood website (www.dcisunderstood.org) (“Website”), an online information and communications service provided by the non-profit organization, DCIS Understood Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”), as part of our mission to increase awareness and knowledge of Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) and accelerate research of DCIS through education, advocacy and funding.

Acceptance of Terms, Changes and Modifications

By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into this Agreement.  You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is a contract between you and us, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website.  If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the terms of this Agreement.  We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website at any time, effective upon posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Website.  Your continued use of the Website after any such changes have been posted will constitute your consent to such changes.

Assignment

Severability

All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable.  If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then such provisions will be deemed severed and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

Additional Terms

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement with you and us for your use of the Website and Content and supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations or agreements.  All rights not expressly granted to you by this Agreement are reserved to us.  Our failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
